Did you know that when you compare yourself to others or wish you were like someone else, it’s like saying He just didn’t do a good job? It’s actually saying, “God, why did You make me subpar? Why did You make me less than?” Realize today, God didn’t make anyone inferior. He didn’t make any person second class. No, you are a masterpiece! You are fully loaded and totally equipped for the race that’s been designed for you!

Today, let your attitude be, “I may not look like someone else or have the job that someone else has. That’s okay. Nobody will ever be a better me. I’m anointed to be me. I’m equipped to be me!” Remember, it’s easy to do what you are equipped to do. Don’t fall into the trap of trying to be like someone else. Accept who God made you to be and embrace the good things He has prepared for you!

Prayer for Today:

Father, thank You for making me. Thank You for equipping me to fulfill my destiny. Today I choose to focus on what You’ve placed in my hand knowing that as I am faithful to You, You will direct my steps. I bless You and praise You for who You are in Jesus’ name. Amen.

“I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns” (Philippians 1:6, NLT)

The last thing Jesus said on the cross was, “It is finished.” At that moment, it certainly looked like the end. It looked like it was over. But I believe that wasn’t just a statement of fact, it was a statement of faith. He was saying to Father God, “I’ve done My part. I’ve fulfilled My destiny. Now, I’ve got total trust and confidence in You that You are going to finish what You started through Me.” Even though it looked like the end, in reality, it was only the beginning.

Remember, when things look dark in your own life, dare to make a declaration of faith and say, “It is finished.” What you’re really saying is, “God, I know You are going to finish what You’ve begun in my life. You are going to turn things around.

I know that You are giving me the breaks that I need. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven!” Keep looking with your eyes of faith knowing that He is faithful, and He will finish what He’s started in you!

stop kony

Stop at nothing.

Joseph Kony is a man, who abducts children, the girls that he kidnaps he will turn them into sex slaves and prostitutes. Whereas the little boys that he kidnaps, he turns them into soldiers. They must kill people at such a young age, Joseph Kony is forcing these children into doing things that they should never even have to think of. These kids should never have to witness such cruel things, at such a young age, or ever. He started the LRA, Lord’s Resistance Army. 20,000 kids have been kidnapped so far and this needs to stop. As he is still out there, abducting children as we speak.

There are not enough people in this world who are aware of what Mr.Kony is doing. We need to make Joseph Kony famous. On April the 20th, we will cover the night. All around the world, in each city, in every town, we will make those who are not aware of what is happening. Aware. Covering the town, the city with posters of Joseph Kony as sun down. Help these innocent children who are stuck in a nightmare. Give them hope that one day, they will be freed.
